Currituck Cottage
He was ten years old that summer at the coast. When the tide was low he'd walk all the way to the legendary Rock, examining small sea creatures trapped in the tidepools. Other times he ran along the high bluffs, or dreamed of pirates and sailing ships. The coastal surroundings of his childhood had a profound effect on his career and he became one of the greatest artists of our time. Artistic demands have extended his travels, but he has never found a place he'd rather be. Currituck Cottage-a home he's comfortable in.
